Terms and Conditions
If you place an order with us we will assume that you have accepted our terms and conditions. It is therefore in your interest to read and understand them thoroughly. We reserve the right to change and ammend any part of these terms and conditions at any time.
Orders and purchase prices
All prices shown are in pound sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. Orders placed at different times will be treated as seperate orders and postage and delivery charges will be allocated to each order.
Stock availability and delivery
We will contact you as soon as possible if items ordered are out of stock or unavailable. Standard delivery times will normally be between 3-5 working days. Some special orders may take longer (up to 28 days). We will inform you by phone or email if this seems likely. We will also inform you if an item is not in stock and give you the option of a backorder with an estimated delivery date or an alternative item.
Payment for goods
Goods can be paid for via the secure Paypal facility on our website. Alternatively you can print off the order form and send it to us with a cheque for the full amount including postage and delivery charges made payable to 'Threads of imagination'. Goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared so please allow additional time if using this payment method.
Prices
Our range of products are sourced from many different suppliers and are subject to price changes. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.
Returns and refunds
If the item purchased does not meet with your requirements, please telephone or email us as soon as possible. The item can be returned for the full refund within 7 working days if it is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items, please let us know immediately by phone or email. Do not return items without contacting us first. we advise that all returned items are sent by recorded delivery. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit and we shall not be responsible for postage/delivery charges on returned items.
